But my growling stomach led me to their world-famous puffy tacos, a decision I'll never regret. The accolades they've earned for these tacos? Absolutely well-deserved. Absolutely delicious, best breakfast taco's in Corpus Christi! Everything is fresh, portions are huge, and truly affordable (especially if you have 5 teens to feed).
If you are kind of hungry or a child or vegan this is a bad choice. This is next level food! The service is great just like moms if you grew up with a great mom cook.
Chacho's is legit! I'm Hispanic and have tried several places in CC. This place is the best of all that I've tried. Chorizo was really nice, migas yummy. It has the look and feel of abuelitas house. Very nice and friendly people. My new go-to place when I visit my TAMUCC college kid!

Stopped in because we had heard about the delicious chicken fried steaks. I'm pretty picky and it did not disappoint; thought I was too chicken to try the giant one. Will definitely have to go back and try the mega-sized taco. The staff were extra friendly and attentive!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! We are from Kentucky and stopped on our way thru while traveling thru. We were seated quickly depsite the place being busy. Our first time here and will not be our last. Everything on the menu looked delicious. The drinks came right away and we ordered chips and salsa which were very fresh. Our food took a little long and a few things were sold out but the food was delicious and service was great. I got the crispy taco plate which was awesome. My wife got the Beef and chicken fajitas and sausage. Rice & beans taste great and OMG THE FLOUR TORTILLAS WERE AMAZING!! The tortillas are soft and have just the right amount of salt to them. Great hospitality, combined with a relaxed and welcoming environment. Definitely a great place to go.
